The first and essential requirement to take a screenshot using Microsoft Word 2010 is that you have installed it on your computer.
Go to "Insert" tab located at the top of software and then select "Screenshot" from the list.
STEP 3:
There are two ways to take screenshot; means you could take the screenshot of entire window or manually select the desired area.
Taking a Screenshot of Entire Window
Now, take a look at the example of taking screenshot of entire window.Suppose, you want to take capture the image of this window for some purpose:
So without minimizing current window, go to Microsoft Word app

Now look at the example of taking screenshot of the desired area.Hide all active windows at simultaneously by using shortcut key Win+D

After that, go to the app and select screenshot from the insert tab. Now it will show you an option of screen clipping.
Select that to take a screenshot of the desired area.
When you're done, it will automatically paste onto MS Word.
How to Save a Screenshot?
Right click over the taken screenshot and select save as picture from the menu list.Type name you want to set and select the location where you want to save the picture. Make sure you have chosen right format as per your requirement. (Like JPEG, etc)
