Schedule Your Emails With Boomerang Gmail

This Google trick will be the favorite for many people among us. Mostly the people who are a lot busy. Now you can schedule your emails and go for vacation. Yeah you can also schedule emails with "Boomerang Gmail" so that you don't forget to mail it at the right time. Want to wish Happy birthday? Or Happy anniversary? Don't worry write a good email with all the good stuff and schedule it today so that email is sent to them at the right time.

Who Can Boomerang Gmail?

Unfortunately not everyone can have this facility. This is a Google Trick so only Gmail user can have and use this facility. In future it might be available for other email hosting services but at present it is not. So go and make an account on Gmail to use Boomerang.

How To Send emails in Future? 

The procedure is simple and easy to understand. Every one can do it easily. If not we are here :)

Step 1:

Download Boomerang for Gmail first. Boomerang Gmail is an extension for your browser. At present it supports Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 5.0+ and Safari 5.1+. So go ahead download it, we are waiting for you right here.

Step 2:

Welcome back. Have you installed Boomerang Gmail? If yes, thats all you need to do. Yeah seriously.

Step 3:

Go to your Gmail account and compose a new message. Write all the good things :)

When you are done with writing your email hit "Send Later" button on the top.

Step 4:

When you will click Send Later button a drop down menu will appear. Giving you predefined time to select you can also add your custom time from the option at the bottom of the menu.

Well that is it. You are done :)

What if you want to edit the email you schedule? Lets say it is someone's birthday and you scheduled the email a day before his birthday you easily edit it. Click on boomerang appearing in your Gmail.

Click on "Manage scheduled messages" to edit the message.

When you click to manage messages, it gives you three options basically.The first one is for rescheduling the other one is for sending it now and the last one is stop sending the message.
