STEP 1:
Go to www.youtube.com. Make sure, you're log in to your account.

STEP 2:
Click over the button which displays that you're logged in to your Youtube account. When you click, you will see "Video Manager" there. Click over it to proceed further.

STEP 3:
Now, under the heading of "Video Manager", click over "History" here.

STEP 4:
Now, you will find list of videos you've watched.
Click over "Clear all viewing history"

STEP 5:
A pop-up will appear to confirm that are you sure want to delete Youtube history? Click over "clear all viewing history" to apply changes.
