Log in to your Google+ account. 

STEP 2:
You could see "Account settings" under the box of  your small profile picture, appearing on the top right of the page. Click over the picture to explore the box and then over to "Account" to proceed further.

STEP 3:
Now under "Account" click over "edit profile".

STEP 4:
This time, click over "Change contact settings".
