How to Merge & Cope 2 Google Plus Accounts Together?

how to merge google plus accounts

It was about a year ago, when Google Inc announced a new social media website in the competitive market i.e Google Plus. The interface of Google+ at that time was somewhat similar to Gmail, later on improvements have been achieved by Google with great responses from people all over the world. At that time, an incredible sign ups were recorded by people but not with their primary accounts. For this purpose, as Google+ was in beta age, so people made ancillary accounts to get connected with new social media website.
And as you know, that Google+ has achieved real success so now most people are looking the right way to merge Google Plus accounts (the primary one and the previous one) in order to get rid of headache of managing dual accounts on it. So, today I decided to share another Google+ Trick which help you to merge 2 Google Plus Accounts  in order to manage your contacts, friends, circles, posts, and photos in a better way.

What is Basically Merging Google Plus Accounts?

Google is now offering to combine two Google Plus accounts together which clearly means blending and merging two different accounts together in order to cope your friends and circles. In this feature you have to determine your source and destination account so that your data will be transferred to destination account. By this great feature the source account will be removed after the transformation of all information on it.

What will be Handover to the Destination Account?

The circles in the source account will be transferred, while the circles with the similar names will be amalgamated. The ones to whom, you have set restrictions (means you've blocked them) will be blocked in the destination account. Similarly, your docs, +1s, and contacts will be transferred there. Unfortunately, you will lose your comments, posts as well as profile information in the targeted account.

Tip: If you own Google Plus page so you will lose this opportunity in the destination account, as this service will not automatically transfer the ownership of the page. Before this act, you must set multiple admins or you can set you yourself an admin (your primary or destination account) by making changes in Google Plus page managerial settings.

Before moving towards the steps, I would like to add that this service is basically about to make a copy of your data stored within Google products.

STEP 1:
At very first, log in to Google Takeout with your source account (from which you want to transfer your data).

STEP 4:
After you clicked on it, it will take maximum 7 days to join your accounts.

Tip: If you want to cancel the request, in that case sign in to either Google+ account and scroll down to click over the option of "Cancel Transfer". Also, you can't cancel the request from mobile.

Warning: Once the transfer is done, so it can't be undone plus you can't transfer again either account to another one for six months.

Isn't it great?? To me this was exciting service introduced by Google+ and since then I'm not getting into botheration of signing with my both accounts from different browsers.

Now, its your time to say cheers Google Plus. For more updates on Google Plus Tricks stay tuned :)
