How to Auto-Share Google Plus Post to Facebook Profile?

I have recently joined and created my account on Google Plus. Since it is new, therefore my all friends and contacts are not here yet. I have invited them to join this new social media network and also have exported contacts from Facebook. I am looking for the Google Plus tip, which help me in sharing Google Plus Post to Facebook because I don't want to leave old social dais as well.

Since, Google has launched a new policy according to which the results shown by Google search will depend on how many likes, appreciation, +1, votes and shares your blog or article could get by people or followers. So sharing post on Google Plus, getting +1s and more shares is necessary for those who really want to be UP in the search engine. In fact, Google services have grabbed out everyone who is on web. And as people are still on Facebook and waiting for the good time to switch their social accounts therefore it is lengthy and provoking to share the same post on different social networks. Plus, in those circumstances when there are no API set for developers to create auto Google Plus sharing post like in other social networks.

Then, How to come up with this hassle? Can we come up with the solution without any plugins and extensions? Yes!! Here is how you do so..

How to Auto-Share Google Plus Post to Facebook?

Facebook has introduced mobile feature and allotted secret mobile id to every individual to upload status, photos, etc. In Google Plus we will use this as a tool to set auto-share Google Plus post with Facebook contacts as well.

STEP 1:
You all might use Facebook mobile option. If no then first, register you mobile connection by  logging in to your Facebook account → Account Settings → Mobile. There you could find auto generated unusual id shouting to share post by the given email i.d. Copy that address somewhere in your computer or MS Word.

STEP 2:
Now, sign up with your Google+ account and click over "share what's the new" and type what you want to share post to Facebook account via Google Plus.

STEP 3:
Now paste the copied email id, from where you tag people and select circles with which you want to share the post.  

Tip: You can create new circle with the name "Facebook" and then add the email id in that circle. It will help you not to type or paste the email id every time when you want to share same post through Google Plus to Facebook. Make sure you're checked in with the box "also email 1 person not using Google+ yet".

STEP 4:
