Camera: 8MP rear (LED flash, 1080p rec), 1.3MP VGA front
Details: The Best part of this phone is its keyboard. 4G LTE connectivity, decent battery life, and the power of a dual-core processor. BUT ! the things which should not be hid from you are weak camera, lame screen and a bland Android UI
Motorola Photon 4G
Specs: 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage
OS: Android 2.3 with Motorola NinjaBlur
Camera: 8MP rear, .3MP VGA front
Details: The problem with the phone is that it suffers from a bland screen and interface, but everything else about it is just perfect. It is the most comfortable phone as it has rounded edges and the button placements are just perfect. The unique thing about this phone is it has a kickstand so you can prop it up like a clock. It comes with a ton of Motorola's expensive accessories.
Samsung Galaxy S II
Specs: 1.5GHz dual-core, 1GB RAM, 32GB storage
OS: Android 2.3 with Samsung TouchWiz 4.0
Camera: 8MP rear, 2MP front
Details: This phone is better than most of the Android phones. The battery life is solid, Samsung has spruced up its TouchWiz interface, the specs are best, and the camera is as good as ever. Super thin and super light, 16GB of internal storage, TouchWiz UI is much improved. The bad things about this phone are Plastic construction and AT&T’s “4G” data speeds are unimpressive.

OS: Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
Camera: 5MP rear (LED flash, 1080p rec), 1.3MP front

The good things about this phone are: New Android Ice Cream Sandwich rocks, Fast camera shutter speed, Clean, buttonless design, Feels great to hold, 4G LTE, dual-core, and NFC included and Screen is big, but manageable and the bad things are: Battery life isn’t great, Many apps don’t take advantage of swiping, Camera gets trigger happy, Contacts app still needs improving.
